Engage with an experienced MEX Consultant who will perform system checks on MEX CMMS, assess reporting requirements, KPIs, workflow processes and a gap analysis. The following project scope will be completed.
MEX Services
- Discovery and Planning: The consultant will conduct a meeting online with the client to discern the outcomes required from a Health Check (areas of particular concern for the client).
- Execution: The consultant will conduct review sessions of the Client's MEX environment. Review key areas of the Asset Register, Preventative Maintenance module, Security Users and settings, Control files, Stores, workflow processes in line with standard MEX functionalities.
- Summary: The consultant will provide a summary on completion, outlining status, objectives, changes completed or required and outcomes along with other recommendations.
Assumptions
- Client will provide permissions/access to MEX as a MEX User.
- Client will make MEX server accessible remotely to consultant (if not hosted) or will provide a backup of the Client's production MEX database.
